Our reed diffuser refills are highly concentrated and made using some of the best scented fragrances available on the market for a strong long lasting scent.

Both our 60ml and 100ml bottles will be posted in postal bottles and will fit neatly through your letter box.

Direction: Pour the bottle into an empty diffuser bottle. Add 6-8 reeds and allow the oil to absorb up the reeds. Next, flip the reeds around which will help release a stronger fragrance. 
Please note, new reed sticks may be required before use. Reed sticks are single use only unless stated by the manufacturer! If you are unable to detect any scent, please try new reed sticks.
These refills are also suitable for car diffusers and plugins.

Car Diffusers
Make sure your cork is screwed on tightly and sitting level (not cross threaded) after removing the plastic cap. Position the plastic ball on your rope centrally to avoid and reduce the bottle from swinging. Once your cork is fully soaked through (Dark in colour and damp to touch), hang in position but do not allow to drip. Do not unscrew your cork after it has been soaked. Keep liquids away from skin & clothes. Keep liquids away from car interiors (dashboards, seats, controls), must hang freely from your mirror and not rest on anything
Failure to abide by the conditions above could result in leaking, stains & damages. We will not be held responsible for leaks, stains & damages due to the overuse and misuse of the products. 
Returns
Please check that you are happy with your scent before decanting into your diffuser. If you are unhappy with your scent or believe the product to be faulty, the product must be returned to us in exchange for a full refund or a replacement. This is inline with our return policies. If a product cannot be returned because it has been used or the bottle has been discarded, as we can't assess the scent through photos and therefore, we will not be able to refund or replace.
